I have no words tonight.
I am so incredibly sad over the events in CT. I have been sick with a
cold all day today, and literally have no voice. I didn’t exercise mostly because of the cold,
but I am not sure I could have anyway. Tomorrow is another day. Hopefully it
will be a better day, somehow.
