Day 271 - An amazing, intense, and fast walk!

Short and sweet.  The lady who teaches my favorite classes on Monday offered to walk with me once in a while to train for the 5K.  She met me at the gym tonight and we walked 2.4 miles in about 45 minutes.  We even stretched after the walk.  It was a great workout, but now my feet are throbbing.  I am going to go soak.  Have a great night!  And, thank you Cathie!!!!!!
