One of the hardest things for me to do is to come home from an office day and exercise. Part of it is psychological, but most of it is physical. I get up an hour earlier on office days, and by the time I get home, I'm really tired. Exercising is the last thing I want to do. But, tonight, I did it.
I got home and immediately went upstairs and changed into exercise clothes. Then, I did thirty minutes on the elliptical, and even set a new calorie record for this kind of workout. I was so proud of myself! So, tonight was all about planning ahead, and using willpower to make myself exercise. It's hard, but so worth the effort!
