I've decided that I really like doing two thirty minute sessions on the elliptical. I try to do one at lunch time and another at the end of the work day. I figure this way I'm getting two metabolic boosts during the day. And, since I'm breaking it into two sessions, my energy level stays up the whole time. So, I am definitely going to stick with this!
And, I still made it to my yoga class tonight. It's hard to explain the feeling of accomplishment after working hard, and then getting to relax at the end. It's just magic somehow and I love it!
