Back at it!

I'm back home from the conference and back on track with my exercise.  I guess I must have really missed working out.  I did two sessions of intervals today on the elliptical.  And, it felt really, really good.  I guess I'm finally hitting my stride and deciding what I like, and what I don't like, and what works for me and what doesn't.  That's a great feeling!  So, I feel like I'm starting the new week off with a good start.  This is going to be a great week.
