As usual, I think I might have pushed just a little too much in my classes tonight. My shoulder had been feeling a lot better. Now, it hurts. But, I did make it through both classes. For the muscle challenge class, I used my regular weights for my left hand, and just used a five pound weight for my right. It felt weird, but that was better than nothing, right?
Yoga was actually a little harder. You don't realize how much you use your arms and shoulders, in almost every pose. But, I did the best I could, and modified where I needed to. It probably wasn't my best class ever, but it was the best I could do tonight. I can't ask any more of myself than that.
