Back in the water!

I really want to exercise more consistently on Thursday nights.  It's hard because I usually come home from the office pretty exhausted, and a hard workout is not high on my list.  But tonight I came up with the perfect solution - water aerobics!  I had forgotten that there was a Thursday night class.  I feel so silly for forgetting!  But, it was perfect.

I got home from work, made a quick dinner, and even had a little time to decompress.  Then, off to the gym.  The class was pretty good, too.  And, after the class, I spent about ten minutes in the hot tub.  That's definitely a great reward for working hard.  So, score one for Thursday night workouts!
