Super Sunday

After missing my workout yesterday, I really wanted to make sure I got it in today.  The morning was spent running errands and getting things done, so as soon as I got in the door, it was time to get on the elliptical.  In my first session, I burned 668 calories.  I think that's a new record for me.  Then I took a break for dinner and a few other things that needed to be done.  Once the game started, it was time to get back on the elliptical.  I was tired from the first workout, and only burned around 575 calories.  I didn't write down the number, but it still was pretty good for 35 minutes.  And, I was proud of myself for exercising instead of snacking.  Today was a much better day!
