Tonight I went to my muscle challenge class just like I do every Monday night. It was a great class. I didn't do a lot of weight exercises last week, it was mostly cardio. So, when I got to class tonight, my muscles had had a full week of rest. I felt really strong tonight. In fact, I used heavier weights than I ever have for some of the exercises. That felt really, really good! I had my meeting tonight, so I couldn't go to yoga. But, the muscle challenge class definitely made the day a huge success.
