Can't Get Warm!

I don't think I overdid the exercise today, but I just can't seem to get warm tonight.  After being snowed in for two days, we had a lot of running around to do today, so I didn't get to exercise until around 5:30 tonight.  But, I got in a great 45 minute session on the elliptical.  I was starting to really wear out, so I did call it quits at the 45 minute mark.  But, I didn't think I pushed so far that I would have an adrenal crash.  But, maybe I did.  I'm sitting here with a hot cup of tea and an electric blanket, and still freezing.  Hopefully, a good night sleep will be the cure!
