I was really, really tired today. I had a great food day, but just couldn't seem to work up much energy for the day. But, when I came home I did put in an hour on the bike. It wasn't very high intensity, more moving my legs and working up a little sweat. Mostly, I wanted to get some movement in without stressing anything too much. I was partly hoping the exercise would pep me up a bit. Unfortunately, it didn't work out that way. So, not a great day, but not a bad one, either.
