Last night was another night with minimal sleep. I really don’t know what’s going on. I’ve gotten some suggestions from several
friends, and I will definitely be trying them.
I can’t take this much longer. I
took today as my normal rest day and am hoping that tonight/tomorrow will be
better. No matter what, I will be back
at the gym tomorrow afternoon. Cross
your fingers that tonight is a good night?
