OK, today was just as exhausting as Monday! I did my 5 mile WATP video at lunch time, and it really kicked my butt. My legs were burning for a long time afterwards. Then, I did crunches and ball squats. Then, I went to yoga. I was expecting a relaxing class tonight, and that just didn't happen. I almost laughed out loud when she called boat pose right before final relaxation. So mean! Overall, it was a really strenuous day. I will definitely sleep well tonight!
